NON COMMISSIONED OFFICERS (NCOS)

These are the badges of rank for the NCOs. You can become an NCO once you have passed your MOI cadre (Method Of Instruction Cadre) and once the officers think that you have show enough skill and leadership to become one.

  SERGEANT (SGT) ( Call SERGEANT)

COLOUR SERGEANT or  STAFF SERGEANT (C.SGT / S.SGT) (Call Colour / Staff) - At the moment highest rank achieved in Longhill CCF. 

COMPANY QUARTER MASTER SERGEANT MAJOR (CQM) (Call sir/marm) - Only get given if there is already a Sergeant Major of your company 

COMPANY SERGEANT MAJOR (CSM) (Call sir/marm)

REGIMENTAL SERGEANT MAJOR (RSM) (Call sir/marm)

When some on gets promoted to an NCO you must call them by the rank as a sign of respect for there promotion.
